While the city initially alleged Hillsboro residents pay "$130 to $150," while townships currently pay $22 per resident, firefighters and township trustees said that figure was "false."
More than 100 Hillsboro residents, firefighters and township residents and representatives turned out to Southern State Community College Wednesday for a public briefing by Hillsboro Mayor Drew Hastings regarding the ongoing negotiations with area townships for EMS and fire protection. (5 comments)
